By creating a Starboard account you agree to use the product to collect genuine customer feedback for your own business. Starboard’s star-gating (private feedback for 1–3 stars, public routing for 4–5) exists to keep review platforms accurate — using Starboard to solicit or filter reviews in a way that violates a destination platform’s own guidelines (Google, Zomato, Practo, Justdial, TripAdvisor) is not permitted.

Plans, pricing and location caps are published at /pricing and billed in Indian Rupees, exclusive of GST. The onboarding wizard is free to complete; the dashboard itself requires an active paid subscription, and accounts may be suspended for non-payment.
