By creating a Starboard account you agree to use the product to collect genuine customer feedback for your own business. Every customer is always offered both a public review and a private note, and you must not hide, block, disable or discourage either option. Starboard’s highlight-by-rating setting — showing the option that fits a customer’s rating first, after 4–5 stars the public review, after 1–3 stars the private note — is on by default, and you may turn it off on the Routing page at any time; whether to use it is your decision. Either way, you remain responsible for complying with each destination platform’s own review policies (Google, Zomato, Practo, Justdial, TripAdvisor).

Plans, pricing and location caps are published at /pricing and billed in Indian Rupees, exclusive of GST. The onboarding wizard is free to complete; the dashboard itself requires an active paid subscription, and accounts may be suspended for non-payment.
